The Manager
ASSET MANAGEMENT TEAM
The Asset Management team undertakes asset
enhancement and environmentally sustainable initiatives
to realise the value potential of CapitaCommercial Trust’s
portfolio. It directs asset enhancement exercises to
maximise CCT’s rental income, and fosters close ties with
tenants to understand and meet their needs. The Asset
Management team works with the Property Manager to
execute asset enhancement strategies, boost rental and
non-rental incomes and manage operating expenses. It
also collaborates with the Investment Team to evaluate
acquisition targets and optimise returns from the assets.
Ms Yvonne Ong
Head, Asset Management
(since February 2011)
Yvonne has over 17 years of real estate experience. Prior
to CapitaCommercial Trust Management Limited, she
was Head of Real Estate at Cambridge Industrial Trust
Management Limited, where she developed investment and
asset management strategies and oversaw the property
management team. A CFA charterholder and licensed
appraiser (lands and buildings), Yvonne has a Master of
Science inApplied Finance from the SingaporeManagement
University and a Bachelor of Science (Estate Management)
(Honours) from the National University of Singapore. She is
a member of CFA Singapore and the Singapore Institute of
Surveyors andValuers.
FINANCE TEAM
The Finance team supports CapitaCommercial Trust’s
investment and asset management strategies through
finance-related functions. These include financial reporting,
budgeting, treasury and taxation matters, as well as
sourcing and management of funds for the Trust’s ongoing
operations and new acquisitions. The Head of Finance
is responsible for CCT’s compliance and administrative
functions and oversees the secretariat.
Ms Anne Chua
Head, Finance
(since January 2010)
Anne has over 20 years of experience in Finance and
Treasury. Anne has assumed regional and global
responsibilities for financial reporting, treasury risk
management, debt and capital management. Anne
holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the
National University of Singapore, a Master of Applied
Finance from Macquarie University of Australia and a
Master of Professional Accounting from the Singapore
Management University.
INVESTOR RELATIONS AND
COMMUNICATIONS TEAM
The Investor Relations andCommunications teamarticulates
CapitaCommercial Trust’s strategic and long-termdirections
and ensures clear and timely communications with
Unitholders and stakeholders. It engages investors, media
and analysts through regular meetings, conferences and
events, and produces communication collaterals such as
press releases, annual reports and presentations. The team
is responsible for CCT’s website and the “live” webcast of
financial results. It works closely with the Property Manager
to plan programmes as part of tenant communication.
Ms Ho Mei Peng
Head, Investor Relations and Communications
(since March 2006)
Mei Peng brings more than nine years of experience in
managing investor relations and communications. She
has been instrumental to the Trust’s communication and
liaison activities, and is responsible for the delivery of timely
and up-to-date information to the investing community.
Mei Peng graduated with an Honours degree in Japanese
Studies from the National University of Singapore.
