By virtue of:-
1. a series of transactions by Fullerton Fund Management Company Ltd. ("FFMC") for its discretionary investment clients (which include Temasek Fullerton Alpha Pte. Ltd. ("TFAPL") and Fullerton (Private) Limited ("FPL")). FFMC, TFAPL and FPL are wholly owned subsidiaries of Temasek;

2. a series of transactions by subsidiaries of DBS Group Holdings Limited ("DBSH"). DBSH is an associated company of Temasek;

3. Temasek ceasing to have an interest in the units held by Mount Faber Leisure Group Pte. Ltd. ("Mt Faber") pursuant to the divestment of its 50% shareholding interest in Mt Faber; and

4. the issue of new units to CapitaCommercial Trust Management Limited ("CCT Management"), the manager of CCT for payment of management fees for the period from 1 October 2006 to 30 September 2009. CCT Management is a subsidiary of CapitaLand Limited ("CL") which is an associated company of Temasek.

In addition, on 2 July 2009, CCT issued new units pursuant to the CCT Rights Issue.

As at 29 January 2010, Temasek therefore had a total interest in 900,366,910 units representing 32.00% of the total issued units comprising :

(i) 4,635,000 units in which DBSH has a deemed interest;

(ii) 1,285,044 units in which Keppel Corporation Limited, an associated company of Temasek, has a deemed interest;

(iii) 888,921,866 units in which CL has a deemed interest; and

(iv) 5,525,000 units in which FFMC has a deemed interest.

Temasek became aware of the change in the percentage level of its interest on 2 February 2010.
