There was a series of transactions by a subsidiary and certain associated companies of Temasek.

CapitaCommercial Trust Management Limited, the manager of the REIT ("Manager"), received management fees in the form of 6,904,823 Units, the details of which are set out below:

(a) 2,567,135 new Units in CCT on 30 April 2010 (for the period from 1 January 2010 to 31 March 2010).

(b) 2,385,704 new Units in CCT on 2 August 2010 (for the period from 1 April 2010 to 30 June 2010).

(c) 1,951,984 new Units in CCT on 2 November 2010 (for the period from 1 July 2010 to 30 September 2010).

The Manager's total unitholding in CCT is 72,829,146 Units as of 2 November 2010. The Manager is a subsidiary of CapitaLand Limited ("CL"). CL is in turn an associated company of Temasek.

As of 2 November 2010, Temasek has a total interest in 903,537,190 Units comprising the following Units:

(i) 898,315,146 Units in which CL has an interest;

(ii) 3,937,000 Units in which DBS Group Holdings Limited ("DBSH") has an interest. DBSH is an associated company of Temasek; and

(iii) 1,285,044 Units in which Keppel Corporation Limited ("KCL") has an interest. KCL is an associated company of Temasek.

Temasek became aware of the change in percentage level of its interest in the Units on 2 November 2010.
