Description	CapitaLand Commercial Trust Management Limited ("CCTML"), the manager of CapitaLand Commercial Trust ("CCT") refers to the article, "Golden Shoe Car Park ripe for redevelopment" on page 6 of The Business Times dated Friday, 27 November 2015. CCTML wishes to state that it adopts an active portfolio management strategy to evaluate asset plans for CCT's properties from time to time. Each property will be evaluated based on its highest possible return and best use in line with the objectives and plan for CCT. Given that Golden Shoe Car Park is not wholly owned by CCT and that it is zoned as "transport facilities", any value enhancement exercise including asset enhancement initiative will not be straightforward. There is no certainty or assurance that Golden Shoe Car Park will be redeveloped. Unitholders of CCT and investors are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the units of CCT. CCTML will release a further announcement if and when there are any material developments in accordance with the Listing Rules of SGX-ST.
